How to Become a RESNET Member

RESNET invites you to join our network. A membership to RESNET will keep your organization abreast of the latest developments in the dynamic field of residential energy efficiency financing. In this rapidly changing field, it is difficult to stay informed of the latest trends. Below are the types of RESNET membership

Associate Member

Associate Membership is available for a $100 annual fee. By joining RESNET as an Associate Member you are entitled to:

1. One year subscription to RESNET Notes, RESNET's monthly newsletter which keeps its members informed of the latest developments in the field of residential energy efficiency financing.
2. Your organization's listing on the RESNET web site with contact information, organization description, and email and web site link, if available.
3. Periodic "What's New" updates on the RESNET web site via email.
4. Access to the RESNET web site's Members Only section. Starting out, this will include all the back issues of RESNET Notes, but more information will be added.

Rater Member

RESNET has two visions for the success for the rating industry. The first is setting the standards for quality of rating services thereby enhancing the credibility of the entire rating industry. The second is to help raters succeed in becoming profitable businesses. RESNET believes that the success of raters is everyone’s success.

The benefits of being a rater member of RESNET is:

• Post your company on the RESNET web site directory of raters. Only RESNET rater members will be listed on RESNET’s web site
• Free subscription to Home Energy Magazine, the premier journal of the home performance industry
• Discount to the annual RESNET Building Performance Conference
• Subscription to the RESNET news feature “RESNET Notes”
• Eligibility for affordable business and professional liability insurance that is only available to RESNET rater members
• Eligibility for a special RESNET Rater Member Seal of Quality to show your commitment to high standards

If RESNET is new to you, you can sign up for a free trial issue to RESNET's news feature "RESNET Notes". You will receive one issue of RESNET Notes . If after receiving your free issue of RESNET Notes you wish to join RESNET, simply return to this page, fill out the membership form, and send your check to RESNET. If you do not wish to join, you will simply stop receiving RESNET Notes.
