- One-on-one cold calls to recruit builder and lenders in your market
- Develop and release news release on being a certified energy rater
and the services you provide or the availability of energy efficient
mortgages

Step Three - October 31, 2004
- Give presentations to at least two organizations. Highly recommend
starting with your local homebuilders association.

- Recruit at least one builder partner and lender partner in your
market to participate in your public awareness
- With your partners develop public awareness plan

- Have discussions with participating raters and their partners and
make a decision on whether to apply to EPA for ENERGY STAR Advertising
Partnership.
