A RESNET Accredited Rating Sampling Provider

Accredited rating sampling providers have the responsibility of ensuring the quality of rating services. Rating providers are accredited by RESNET.

The responsibilities and requirements to be an accredited rating provider are defined in Chapter Six of the Mortgage Industry National Home Energy Rating Standards.
