RESNET has two visions for success in the rating industry. The first
is setting the standards for quality of rating services thereby
enhancing the credibility of the entire rating industry. The second is
to help raters succeed in becoming profitable businesses. RESNET
believes that your success as a rater is everyone’s success.
The RESNET Board of Directors recently adopted a new definition of
what being a rater member of RESNET means. The definition of being a
rater member of RESNET is that you, as a rater, subscribe to a high
standard of quality and ethics and should be recognized as such.
RESNET recently adopted a number of standards and procedures aimed at
enhancing the credibility of our services:

Application Page and apply. RESNET will send you the RESNET Rater
Seal of Quality for use on any of your business marketing materials
including your web site, business cards, and brochures. In addition,
RESNET will post this seal next to your listing on the RESNET web site
to highlight your commitment to a high standard of quality of rating
services and ethics.

The RESNET Rater Seal of Quality on your collateral materials can
differentiate you from your competitors and demonstrates your commitment
to high standards of quality and ethics.
Q. How can I use the RESNET Rater
Seal of Quality?
You can use the RESNET Rater Seal of Quality, on all of your business
materials including your web site, business cards, and brochures.
Q. What is the application process
to receive the RESNET Rater Seal of Quality?
Print and complete and sign the application for the RESNET Rater Seal of
Quality and mail to RESNET. Once your application is approved, RESNET
will send you a non-PDF version of the seal for your use and will post
the seal next to your name on the RESNET web site. Application for
renewal is required once a year. RESNET will notify you to renew
annually.
