Day 1: Greening of Affordable Homes Workshop and Charrette
The first day's events include a morning educational seminar with case study presentations and panel discussions on topic such as data collection, homeownership and rehab/retrofit projects.
In the afternoon, attendees will break into teams for a charrette on how to incorporate green building standards into affordable housing production efforts. The day ends with a reception for attendees.

Day 2: Choose one of the two options below:
Option 1: Tour of Local Green Affordable Housing. The second day's events include a tour of selected green affordable housing in the Boston area.
Option 2: LEED for Homes Workshop. The Home Depot Foundation and The Oak Hill Fund will provide scholarship assistance to nonprofit employees interested in attending a day-long LEED for Homes Technical Review conducted by the U.S. Green Building Council. Limit 25 seats.
